During the Japanese occupation, corrupt officials track down and eventually capture a Korean resistance leader. His top three students then attempt to rescue him in northeast China, using a resistance member list as bait.

Lily Ho is perfectly cast as a gun-for-hire who always gets her man, in more ways than one. Shaw Brothers imported Japanese director Matsuo Akinori (giving him the Chinese name Mai Chi-ho) to give Lily's exploits an exotic flair, and the cast and crew shot on location in such Japanese scenic spots as Mount Fuji.
