Somebody denounces screaming from a house where a secluded doctor lives with his wife, but when Detective Sayan Bose goes to investigates the Doctor seems to not want to collaborate with the police. Neighbors confirm the screams but with not much of a proof the Detective leaves the place. Thing gets dark when the next day the Doctor goes to the police and denounces that his wife is missing.
