At the behest of the Supreme Court Chief Justice (Somayajulu J.V.), Akila IPS (Vijayshanti), a CBI officer is investigating the case of Siddartha (Suresh Gopi), ex-leader of the student wing of the People's Party, who is accused & jailed for the murder of Mahila Morcha leader Ambika (Geetha). Siddartha breaks out of Akila's custody, regroups with his old party friends, & starts a guerrilla war against the people who framed him, chief of them being the People's Party leader J.K. (Mani C. A unfulfilled love story of a prominent lawyer, 'Shiv Shankar' who loses his vision in an accident and is thrown into a life of seclusion. Naresh is union leader, and is felicitated for bravery shown in stopping an out of control bus, full of children.
