    Swami (Manoj Bajpai) & Radha (Juhi Chawla) move to Mumbai to give their young son Anand a better education. Radha gets diagnosed with bilateral renal artery stenosis & Swami starts working overtime to earn money for her surgery. However, Radha spends all the money to gift Swami a rocking chair which he had his heart on & later passes away with a single wish - that their son should go to America & settle down.
