Ye Happy Pilgrims is a short animated film by Walter Lantz Productions, starring Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.

When Universal's then biggest cartoon star Oswald the Lucky Rabbit was declining in popularity, Lantz decided to come up with new characters to keep the shorts running. One of these characters was a great dane which they named Elmer, and was cast as Oswald's pet dog. The inspiration for character came from the fact that Lantz was a fanatic in great danes.

But Oswald's little brother wanders into Nightmare Land where terror reigns; the soap and comb and brush and toothpaste that plague a child's existence come to life.

Oswald the Lucky Rabbit builds a radio-controlled personality changer out of instructions in a magazine. The he goes next door and uses it on the ducks who live there.

Meany, Miny and Moe, three monkeys, have their hearts set on a turkey dinner but the turkey thinks otherwise. While they are out hunting the turkey, the turkey sneaks into their house and gobbles up all their food. The monkeys end up eating their Thanksgiving dinner at a hot-dog stand.

But just as it looked as if Oswald's team was heading for a certain loss, it began to rain...and the tide turned in favor of the swimmers versus the waders.

The continuing adventure of Lantz' three monkeys, Meany, Miny and Moe, finds them operating an air-transport company in the outback of Australia, with Moe, the junior member of the trio, as the pilot. They are carrying a cargo of valuable diamonds and a crate containing a young and highly excitable ostrich. The latter has designs on swallowing the diamonds

The three monkeys go to see the big auto race, where Moe becomes to co-driver of Barney Hippo's car. While Barney is off getting lunch, a girl monkey comes by, climbs in, plays with the controls, and Moe and she are off on a random path.

Meany, Miny, and Moe attempt to run a country store. When a telephone order comes in, hijinks ensue.

The genii them proceeds to transform all the pictures on the ad labels of the old tin cans into live people. They organize a dancing and singing party, but the devil with a pitch fork, from a deviled ham can, steals the genii's wand and starts to mess things up. Oswald saves the day.

Eeny, Meeany and Moe, the three little monkeys, are running a resort, when a mama elephant and her. Calf drive up. Uh oh! No children are permitted! So mama has the youngster hide in her (steamer) trunk, and the monkeys carry it in, with the usual slapstick results.

Eeny, Meany and Moe are working as stevedores under the supervision of whip-wielding captain in this cartoon from Walter Lantz.

Public Rat Number One takes along Baby-Face Rat to steal the cheese out of the kitchen icebox. The dishes in the kitchen become animated and chase the marauders, capturing the youngster while the gangster rat escapes. Baby-Face is brought before Policeman Sugar Bowl and given the third degree. He escapes, is chased by the frankfurter-bloodhounds but manages to get away.

Oswald the Lucky Rabbit leaves for the day. Elmer the Great Dane finds himself dealing with some kittens.

Scoutmaster Oswald (the Rabbit) takes his troop of Duck Scouts on a camping trip. The youngest member, a black duckling, gets into trouble with a mischievous beaver, who keeps putting out the camp fire the little black duckling is trying to light. The little black duckling chases the beaver into the water and encounters an alligator, who is pleased to see that his dinner has arrived.

A mother blackbird hatches out two normal offspring and one featherless nitwit. The nitwit refuses to learn to fly and learn the other aspects of bird-life, but when he battles wicked hawks and saves his siblings from been eaten up, all is forgiven at the family nest.

A mad scientist injects his serum and sees the unexpected consequences. When our goofy scientist hits a flea on a little puppy, the folks of Pixie Land are about to have some very big problems. A montage of them getting ready to go to war has the feel of RKO's "King Kong."

Wildcat Willie, one of Walter Lantz's lesser known characters, is the protagonist here, a mean widdle kid who runs away from home and masquerades as an orphan. Trouble ensues when Wildcat's new family suspects Wildcat is a rat - er, wildcat. Lots of fast action and violence (Wildcat wields a mean axe).

Four kittens escape fro a wicker basket as Her Majesty walks past in the palace. They get into all sorts of trouble.

A little mouse runs away from home and goes to sea. Aboard the ship, a rat starts to educate the mouse on the ways of sea-farin' mice by sending him to the galley to steal cheese from the Captain's table. But the Captain's parrot, a sea-goin' snitch, spots the thievery and squawks loud and long about it. That brings the whole crew down after the mouse, who gets away and learns that there is no place like home.

In a North Pole classroom, Professor Seal is teaching th young seals all about fishing. One little seal would rather practice snowball-juggling and plays hookey, and gets into trouble with the teacher. But back in the classroom a hungry polar bear is waiting to make food out of the seals. The juggling seal does his act and the bear is so impressed that he decides to stay in school and learn to juggle.

A story of the outcast dogs NYC's East Side. They live in the dog slums, and are trying to get some of the bones the fat bulldog has piled up in his yard, but the bulldog is too watchful. Along comes Clarence the lap dog, a snooty little aristocrat, who wants to pal with them. They give him a cold shoulder until he shows them the trick of getting the bones from the bulldog. In fact, he gets all the bones from the bulldog.

Like many other cartoons, Baby-Face Mouse deals with the tried and true cliche of cat and mouse, and as usual, Baby-Face Mouse is crowned the winner!

A family of starving mice try to come up with an idea to get past the cat guarding the food. After the youngest mouse trips over a bell, they come up with a plan to tie the bell to the cat's tail so they can hear when it's coming. The youngest mouse is elected to the dangerous task. After numerous attempts, the mouse finds himself running for his life. When the cat catches up, he accidentally swallows the bell, to the delight of the mice!

Baby-Face Mouse, disobeying his mother, goes into the territory of Rat Enemy No.1. The gangster is working on turning the young mouse into a member of his gang, but Baby-Face gets so tough he knocks out Rat Enemy No. 1 and turns him over to the police and gets a reward. Back home though, he gets spanked for crossing the railroad tracks into bad territory.

A skunk is not permitted to enter Oswald the Lucky Rabbit's revue theater, until a character whose sleep has been disturbed by the noise shows up with a shotgun and the skunk drives him off.

Grandpa Mouse reminisces of how when he was a bootboy..... er, bootmouse in the French Foreign Legion, he defended the fort singlehanded.... er, singlepawed against every Arab in North Africa.

Dogland is having an amateur show, with food for the winners. A mechanical-applause machine identifies the winners by hitting a jackpot. A cat, way more talented than the dog-performers, dons a dog-skin (source unknown) and proceeds to become the big winner, but he loses his disguise at the crucial moment.

A dishy dolly of a brunette hitchhikes while taking lunch to her blacksmith husband. She gets a ride from a dastardly masher once she shows some leg. When she resists the cad’s advances, she blackens his eye and gets tied to the railway tracks in revenge. The bird on Nellie’s hat plays the key role in her rescue.
