Andy is a young man who does abrasive blasting for a living. He lives in Hengelo, a small dull town in the eastern part of The Netherlands. One day, he decides to quit and to leave for Amsterdam. Armed with a cheese cleaver, he attacks a passenger in the train. In Amsterdam he attacks several people with that cheese cleaver. He meets with Ella, who works as a model.
