When a group of archaeologists goes missing after traveling deep into the Grand Canyon in search of a lost civilization, it's up to the team leader's daughter (Shannen Doherty) to organize an rescue expedition. What she discovers instead is an ancient Aztec city. To save her father and his colleagues, she'll have to go head-to-head with a deadly flying serpent that guards the city in this Sci Fi Channel feature set in the early 1900s.

Five animals meet regularly to discuss their inner angst in a group therapy session led by Dr. Clement, a canine psychotherapist. The group includes Lorraine, a leech who suffers from separation anxiety; Cheryl, a praying mantis who can't seem to keep a man; Todd, a pig with an eating disorder; Jeffrey, a bird with guilt issues; and Linda, an obsessive-compulsive cat.
