Tin Shu Mak

Set in the Ming Dynasty the history is about an attempt of revolt from the emperor`s uncle by stealing the royal seal and corrupting court members. It centers on the commander of the Brocaded Robe Guards (an obscure imperial agency in charge of elite political and military missions), whom were bestowed 14 blades (hence the title), each blade with its unique meaning and purpose.

Realizing that he will be defeated in no time during a police showdown, a thug shoots himself to force the cops to cease fire and take him to the hospital. In the hospital, he claims human rights to refuse immediate treatment in order to bide time for his underlings to rescue him. The detective in charge sees through his scheme but decides to play along so as to capture his whole gang once and for all.

The film is set in Hong Kong before its handover to China in 1997, when the city's booming economy inadvertently attracts three infamous criminals from Mainland China to cross the border and make their fortune in Hong Kong. Although unknown to one another, their notoriety has bred the rumor that the triumvirate will join forces to stage a shocking heist together, so much so that the criminals themselves get wind of it and are tempted to do just that.

A young man and woman are meeting each other and establishes a special relationship due to debt problems. Him, finds that her have a singing talent and help her develop a singing career. For its part, he also strives to become the champion of the boxing championship. Both have the same state of mind and fight for their dream.
