The bulk of this movie is Joseph Kong's BRUCE & SHAOLIN BRONZEMEN (1982), a film that runs 79 minutes. A small chunk of another Joseph Kong movie also lensed in the Philippines, BRUCE'S DEADLY FINGERS (1976), is implemented to pad the movie out to 87 minutes. The setting is the underground lair of Devil's Gate, home to the ruthless and extremely powerful King Hades Yen (O Yau Man). Yen instructs the '7 Monsters Of Poison' to find Lo Tien Hung who apparently has a secret Jade Pendant. This Jade Pendant bears markings as to the whereabouts of a manuscript which yields great powers to the person who manages to get hold of it. The 'Monsters 7' have 10 days to find Lo Tien Hung or face the wrath of Yen...

If the Three Stooges had been Chinese, with one woman, this could very well have been one of their movies. Veteran director Lu Chun-ku leads handsome Liu Yung, pretty Liang Yun-Hsin, and “Thundering Mantis,” Liang Chia-Jen in a madcap mixup filled with cons, double-crosses, and triple plots. Add “Dirty Ho” himself, Wang Yu, to the proceedings, and you’ve got a winner for any fans of action or comedy.
