After a nearly fatal car accident erases her memory, party girl Bhagyalakshmi (Sridevi), now with the mental growth of only a 6-year-old, gets lured into a brothel, but Sreenivasan aka Cheenu, a schoolteacher takes pity on her & takes her away with him to Ooty. Over time, the two forge a special relationship & Bhagyalakshmi becomes a vital part of Cheenu's life, unbeknown to the fact that the authorities were on the hunt for the missing girl.

Struggling artist Muthukulam Madhukumar (Dileep), with the help of pals Benny Kurien (Premkumar) & Surendran (Indrans), tries to kidnap his lover Subha (Devayani), when their affair becomes known to Subha's folks & Subha was put on house arrest. Knowing Carlos's cruelty, Hassan gives the lovers shelter, which pits him against Carlos again.

Vinod Menon (Suresh Gopi) , a shrewd young man, poses as a savvy investor & businessman & earns the trust of industrialist Mr. Menon (Prathapachandran), marries his daughter Rekha (Urvashi) against her wishes, & gets control over Menon's companies. But Vinod continues to get frustrated over the fact that all assets were still under Rekha's name, & in collusion with his girlfriend Daisy (Silk Smitha), hires hatchet man Robert (Babu Antony), to kill Rekha.

A group of children use a time machine to investigate a robbery. The protagonist couple, in their attempt to rescue the kids, get stuck in the machine and travel all the way back to the period of the ruler Krishnadevaraya (1500 A.D.) as well as into the future (2500 A.D.), facing sticky situations along the way.
