Karthik Chinnamalai (Sibi Sathyaraj), a cop, is injured during a shootout while trying to rescue a kidnapped girl. He is separated from his wife Renuka (Arundathi) & lives with his sister. Karthik gets stuck with his neighbor's dog Subramani, when his neighbor died. When a criminal gang kidnaps Renuka & buries her alive in a coffin, Karthik teams up with Subramani to rescue her.
