Seetha

Ramesan Nair (Mohanlal) is a Kerala govt employee, cocooned in his own small and happy world. Ramesan's family consists of his wife Lekha (Meera Vasudev), son Manu (Arjun Lal) and daughter Manju (Baby Niranjana). His biggest ambition is to see that his son gets into the IAS (Indian Administrative Service), something he himself had failed to achieve despite being a brilliant student. All in all, they form the very picture of loving family, with a bright future. However, fate has other ideas.

Vinod (Dileep), an MCA graduate, still hasn't figured out what to do with his life. His parents decide to send him to his sister Vimala's (Seetha) house. She is married to Shaji Raghavan (Mukesh), an engineer with the Irrigation Department. The idea was to put some sense into Vinod's head. But Shaji isn't all that happy to have Vinod at home because his unmarried younger sister too is living with them. He doesn't want the younger sister to fall in love with his irresponsible brother-in-law.

Keshu (Jayasurya) ekes out at a photocopying center, with a terminally ill mother at home. Driven to desperation, he uses counterfeiting techniques from his late novelist father's unpublished work & counterfeits a 1000 rupee note. Seeing his skill, Danny D'souza (Mukesh) goads him into faking more bills & finally they end up stealing 10 crores of cash & substituting it with fake bills. Enforcement officer Raghavan Punambil IPS (Anoop Menon), who investigates the case, slowly inch closer to them.

Abhirami (Chippy), lovechild of famous doctor Dr. Saratchandra Varma (Narendra Prasad) falls in love with her boss, Roy (Siddique), the owner of the advertising company where she worked. However, when Roy demands to know her whereabouts, Abhirami is torn between her father who didn't want to publicly acknowledge her & her lover. After a failed suicide attempt, Saratchandra Varma decides to accept her, but Abhirami's local guardian, her uncle Vishnu (Shammi Thilakan), poses obstacles.

Sarah Elizabeth (Roma), Sreedevi Swaminathan (Mariya Roy) & Pooja Krishna (Parvathi) are 3 girls from different backgrounds who become best friends at Lords Academy in Ooty. But their loyalty is tested when Sreedevi becomes unexpectedly pregnant from her boyfriend Sooraj (Sooraj). In this remake of 'The Proposal', a pushy & arrogant female boss, Priya (Mamta Mohandas), an Australian citizen, forces her assistant Manu (Dileep) to marry her in order to keep her visa status in India & avoid deportation to Australia. To prove to their visa officer that their relationship is genuine, they travel to Manu's hometown to meet his parents where Priya learns a thing or two about familial relationships.

Karthik (Dulquer Salmaan), a Brahmin, & Riya (Malavika Mohanan), a Christian, both of whom hailed from the same town, fall in love & elope to Ooty. However, a couple of days later, they fight over a small issue & split, after their egos get the better of them. They vow never to talk to each other again, but they end up with jobs at the same firm where they are forced to work together again. Warming up to each other again, they realize they still had feelings for each other.

Krishnamoorthy (Balachandra Menon), a govt. health inspector in Coimbatore, gets wind of the dirty business of pharmaceutical company 'Alpha Remedies' & threatens to expose them. Soon after, Krishnamoorthy & his family in Coimbatore are killed. Surya (Prithviraj), Krishnamoorthy's surviving son & an explosives expert working in the US, makes it his life's mission to hunt down & punish the owners of Alpha Remedies, Wilfred Marcus (V. Jayaprakash) & sons.

A young man (Kunchacko Boban) arrives at the house of a poor family & requests to stay for the night. However, when Mariya (Rajisha Vijayan), the daughter of the house, discovers that he has a lot of money and jewelry in his bag, greed takes over and the family makes plans to dispose of the young man and get his possessions.
