Risto lives with his aunt Rauha, but one day Rauha breaks her leg and her very strict cousin Elvi has move to in as a result to take care of the two till Rauha gets better. Risto however, doesn't get along with her very well.

Aunt Rauha's cousin Elvi works at a resort in an island where Risto goes on a vacation with his best friend Nelli. On the island, they meet a girl named Venla whom Nelli starts admiring, endagering her friendship with Risto.
