Shutter
Rasheed (Lal), an NRI, comes to his hometown Kozhikode on vacation, & after a night of drinking with his friends, accosts a prostitute, Thankam (Sajitha Madathil), with the help of his autorickshaw driver friend Suran (Vinay Forrt). Not able to find a hotel to do the "deed", Suran locks them up in an empty store space next to Rasheed's house, with the promise to come back later to pick them up. However, Suran gets picked up by the cops for DUI, leaving Rasheed & Thankam to fend for themselves.
Akam
Young ace architect Sreenivasan (Fahadh Faasil), after getting into a car accident & getting disfigured, faces loneliness after his girlfriend Tara (Shelly Kishore) leaves him. He then meets a mysterious beautiful girl Ragini (Anumol) & marries her. However, after a while, he starts to doubt the true identity of Ragini & believes her to be a ghost. Determined to kill her before she killed him, Sreenivasan starts making plans.
Idukki Gold
55-year old Michael (Prathap K. Pothan), who had been settled abroad for the past 30 years, comes to Kerala for a vacation & looks up his 4 highschool friends - Antony Gonsalves (Babu Antony), Madan Mohan (Manian Pillai Raju), K.C. Ravi (Ravindran), & T.R. Raman (Vijayaraghavan). Together, they decide to take a vacation to Cheruthoni, Idukki, where they grew up, to relive their youthful stoner days.
Nadan
Devadas (Jayaram), a struggling theater actor & director, tries to keep his drama troupe 'Sargavedi' alive amidst a general decline in theater audience & his own inability to keep up with the times, while on the personal front, he is estranged from his wife Sudharma (Sajitha Madathil) because of an affair he had several years ago with Jyothi (Ramya Nambeeshan), his heroine at that time, & who is now a top movie star.
Swapaanam
Unni (Jayaram), a masterful chenda (a drum) player & a married man who had no interest in his own wife Kalyani (Lakshmi Gopalaswamy), is drawn to dancer Nalini (Kadambari). They have a short, but torrid affair, but they are pulled apart by Nalini's brother (Siddique), who marries Nalini off elsewhere. Unni turns into an alcoholic with deteriorating physical & mental health, whilst Nalini's new husband (Vineeth) turns out to be someone who thinks & acts like a woman.
Njan
Ravi Chandrashekar (Dulquer Salman), a techie by day & a polemic blogger by night, ropes in a drama troupe consisting of his friends to recount the tale of K.T.N. Kottoor, a social activist & freedom fighter from the village of Kottoor, who was active during the end of the British Raj, & who was last seen on the day India got independence. As Ravi narrates the tale, K.T.N.'s life is depicted with Ravi, his friends & the villagers in present day Kottoor depicting the different characters in it.

After the death of their teenage son Anand (Prajwal Prasad), financier Venugopal P.K. (Mammootty) & his wife Nandini (Asha Sharath), channel their sorrow & frustration into altruism. Venugopal uses his financing company 'Anand Finance' to give our low-interest loans to the needy, ruffling the feathers of others in the business.

In Ponnani, a 23-year old Muslim boy, Irfan (Shane Nigaam), & a 28-year old scheduled caste Hindu girl, Anitha (Sruthi Menon), fall in love, but faces backlash from society. They go to the local police station to seek their help to unite, but the cops call their parents who try to coax them apart.
