Playing out a bet, college pals Raj (Akshay Kumar) & Bonny (Deepak Tijori) fake the kidnapping of a classmate, Sheetal (Sabeeha), & collect a ransom from her father, prominent businessman Kailashnath (Prem Chopra). But things take a dark turn when Sheetal is killed & the investigating officer, Suresh Malhotra (Shakti Kapoor), who also happened to be Raj's elder brother, begins to suspect Raj & Bonny of committing the murder. The plot thickens when Bonny discovers the real killer's identity.
