Ace lawyer Sathya Mohan (Kunchako Boban), who was fresh off freeing a rapist Kurian Jose (Suraaj Venjarammoodu), takes up the case of Maya (Namitha Pramod), a young woman who had attempted suicide after a love failure. In her suicide note, she had implicated her ex-boy friend Abhay (S.V. Krishna Shankar), & Abhay's dad had hired Sathya to make the issue go away. In an attempt to persuade Maya to withdraw the case, Sathya takes her out on a long drive where they become good friends.

Suku (S.V. Krishna Shankar), a financially struggling young man, thinks he struck gold when he got the task of managing the affairs of a Qatari sheikh who comes to Kerala, Ahmmadi (Biju Menon). But soon his hopes are shattered when the sheikh turns out to be penniless. They start a scam where they would loan the sheikh for events & inaugurations in return for money. Later Suku learns that Ahmmadi is wanted in Qatar for murder.

Vinayan (Kunchacko Boban), the projector operator at a small local theater owned by Madhavan (Renji Panicker) in the village of Paalattukkara, is in love with Sreedevi (Shamili), daughter of a big landlord, Bhagavan (Suresh Krishna), from the neighboring Vadakkumbhagam village.
