Taking place five years after the end of Kamen Rider Fourze, the movie is split into three parts. The first part finds Fourze as a new teacher trying to protect his students, The second finds Kamen Rider Wizard delving into the dreams of a group of children in order to protect them. In the finale, Fourze and Wizard team up with past Riders in order to take down the evil behind the events of the previous episodes.

The Earth is threatened by the mysterious beings and the Kamen Rider Club goes to space to avoid them being awakened. Kamen Rider Fourze and Meteor have to fight for the destiny of the Earth and for the friendship of all beings.
