Enjoying a summer vacation with his family in Paris, amateur photographer and capricious kid brother Zac (Christopher Plumley) is separated from his older sister, Alex (Lindsay Felton), and accidentally snaps a criminal in the act. A frantic Alex and her best friends (Tara Lipinski and Jason Padgett) set out to find Zac before their parents discover he's missing.
