When authorities ignore vampire hunter Redwood Justin's (Stacey T. This cheeky thriller is the ultimate anti-carb diet backlash. Writer-director George Bonilla imagines a world where a diet gone awry leaves its followers lusting for red meat -- the human kind. In response, the government scrambles to protect only the wealthy, while those without money, dubbed the Dregs, have to fend for themselves. Only Kane, the unofficial leader of the Dregs, seems to have the wherewithal to save everyone from extinction.
