Ramesh Pisharody

Anaparambil Bhoominathan (Ramesh Pisharody), a passport office employee, who has to give half his salary every month to a mysterious stranger, per the will from his late father, struggles to make ends meet. Finally, he decides to quit his job & start a resort, but his plans are foiled when an ancient yacht is dug up in the land he bought for the resort. Govt officials from the Archeology department descend on the plot & takes it off his hands, leaving Bhoominathan strapped for cash.

Vimala (Urvashi), & her 3 sisters, Ganga (Rakhi Raveendran), Yamuna (Vidya) & Unni Maya (Unni Maya), run an old movie theater which used to belong to their mother. Moorkhanparambil Pappachan (Vijayaraghavan), the local moneybag, has his eyes on the theater & cooks up various schemes to close down the theater & defame Vimala & her family. The new Panchayath Secretary Venugopal (Mukesh), Vimala's old friend & crush, comes to their rescue.

The film is a biopic based on the life story of J.C. Daniel (Prithviraj), the Father of Malayalam cinema, the making of his film 'Vigathakumaran' & the story of Vigathakumaran's heroine P. K. Rosie (Chandini). The film is particularly based on the novel 'Nashta Naayika' by Vinu Abraham & 'Life of J. C. Daniel', a biography of J. C. Daniel written by Chelangatt Gopalakrishnan.

Immanuel (Mammootty), after the book publishing firm he worked in went broke, seeks out a new job as an insurance agent in a corporate insurance firm. Out of his element, Immanuel tries to cope with the new world where the only thing mattered was profit. Unable to meet the unrealistic targets set for him, & sure to lose his job soon, Immanuel decides to use the rest of his time to help the company's customers whose claims were previously denied by the company for fabricated reasons.

Jackson (Kalabhavan Niyas) who lived in the village of Kambakkara, was bad at studies, but was a hard worker. He worked from dawn to dusk & supported his family, but things go off the rails when he contracts the acting bug & decides that he wants to act in a movie. Being an extremely bad actor, he was spurned everywhere, so he decides to fund a movie himself so that he could be the hero & starts selling off everything he has to raise money for the movie.

Jagannathan (Mohanlal), a political activist from Kerala, along with his sidekicks Varkey (Aju Varghese) & Jabbar (Baburaj), are imported as consultants for the Republican candidate for the California state Governor's election. There, Jagannathan uses tactics from the Indian politics to try & push the candidate to victory.

Susamma (Bhagyalakshmi), a wealthy grandmother, helps to change her son-in-law's (Suraaj Venjarammoodu) mother Leelamma's (Rajini Chandy) repressed behavior by fulfilling her bucket list, including searching for Leelamma's college sweetheart. Later they start an online group to fulfill the wishes of elderly people.

King Udayapandyan ruled some provinces of Tamil Nadu, 600 years ago. He fell in love with a huntress named Mathangi (Ramya Krishnan), married her and built her a bungalow near the forest. When Udayapandyan is defeated in a war, he takes shelter at Mathangi's bungalow and she vows to take care of the king. (imdb)

A talented veteran actor, Mohan Kumar, is back on the big screen through a critically acclaimed film. His path towards glory, however, isn't easy. His well-wishers from the industry and outside applaud his acting to no end, repeatedly stating that he deserves the State and National Awards for this film.
