3 friends - Roshan (Sunny Wayne), Abu (Sanju), & Joe (Praveen Anidil) - travel to Goa, after Joe breaks up with his girlfriend Ann Mathews (Poojitha) & becomes heartbroken. There, Joe takes a fancy to their hotel receptionist Anjali Menon (Sija Rose), while Roshan & Abu befriend two girls - Alice (Rohini Idicula) & Sania (Parvathy) which end in one-night stands for both. However, the next day Alice & Sania call them & tell them that one of them is an AIDS patient & had passed on the disease.

Siddharth (Indrajith), a creative executive at an advertising agency & his friend, dancer Veena (Ramya Nambeeshan), try to solve the mystery of their friend Icha (Nivin Pauly) who starts to appear before both of them at the same time. They seek the help of a friend, Sudheer Bose (Prathap Pothen), who researches on folklore & parapsychology.

A multi-linear story where various peoples' lives intersect around the occult. Bakery worker Krishnan (Kunchacko Boban) rushes home to his pregnant wife (Bhama). A cop (Kalabhavan Mani) picks up a lady (Kavitha Nair) who later turns up dead. An old man (Janardhanan) is helpless to save his daughter (Anju Aravind) & granddaughter who were in an accident. Usurer Sethu (Manoj K Jayan) is shocked to find his imaginary pal come alive. A photographer (Joy Mathew) has a bizarre encounter in a mortuary.

Riny Iype Maattummel (Biju Menon) is the right hand man of businessman Lonappan (Innocent). Over the years Riny skims Lonappan in return for getting Lonappan out of sticky situations, including murder. Finding an opportunity, Riny exploits it & corners Lonappan to help him settle elsewhere with a jewelry shop. However, karma soon begins to catch up with him & starts to make him pay for his previous unethical behavior.
