Handsome Perry Murdock meets cute with little blonde Nita Cavalier in this decent if unexceptional Skylark two-reeler. They're riding a fairground attraction in separate cars, but in an impressive opening stunt, Murdock (or, more likely, his double) manages to leap from one to the other. After this rather abrupt introduction, the new friends share a banana and a soda, and the ecologically clueless Murdock ditches the detritus over the side. It all ends up in the face of Hard Boiled Hank.

This time his sweetie Beautiful Belinda (Erin La Rue) is an "up-to-date sports model" kidnapped by Relentless Rudolph (John J. Richardson), who's "not just a bad apple, he was the whole orchard." When she refuses to sign over her gold mine, she's threatened with a "free bath" in boiling oil, being crushed by a giant papier-mâché boulder dangling from a burning rope and other grim fates.
