Arjunan Pillai (Innocent), who was partial to his son Ajayan (Baiju) over his 4 daughters, marries off his 3 daughters Jayalakshmi (Bindu Panikkar), Jayaprabha (Kalpana) & Jayasree (Charmila) to a cook, Sudhakaran (Jagathi), a municipal exterminator, Thangakuttan (Harisree Asokan) & an auto rickshaw driver Uthaman (Jagadish), & his son to a rich girl. However, upsetting his plans, when Ajayan cheats Arjunan Pillai out of his ancestral home, & leaves him broke, his son-in-laws come to his rescue.

Harikrishnan (Sreenivasan) & Ravi Kumar (Siddique) are best friends & neighbors. Hari is happily married to Viji (Monisha) & Ravi is on the lookout for a suitable bride. But Hari is in for a rude shock when Ravi meets & decides to marry Indu (Shobana), whom Hari is convinced knows about Hari's dark past.
