During the college reunion of the class of 1991 Chemistry batch, one of the ex-students, Sukumaran aka Suku (Prithviraj), is found strangulated in his hostel room, & is taken to the hospital since he was still alive. Professor Iyer (Balachandra Menon), who organized the reunion, & Pius (Indrajith), Suku's best friend in college, together, reminisces the college days & tries to unravel the secrets behind what happened to Suku.

Four angry young men - Aravind (Arun), Vivek (Bharath), Eshwar (Arjun) & Shafeeq (Padma Kumar) - turn vigilantes against the corruption & evils in the society & form a clique called '4 The People' to take out corrupt officials by cutting off their hands or fingers. SP Rajan Mathew (Narein) gets handed over their case & tries to hunt them down. Aravind feigns love towards Rajan's sister Teena (Pranathi), allowing them to spy on Rajan's plans & keeping them ahead of the cops who are after them.

Nandagopal aka Nandu (Narein) gets sent by his uncle Shankaran Nair (Janardanan) to the village of Kalimuthuppalayam in Tamil Nadu to sell Nandu's father's house & after some initial failed attempts at selling it, Nandu decides to stay on & brings his mother & sister to live with him. He gets into a quarrel with a local bigwig & criminal Nachiappa (Rama Reddy), who starts to make life difficult for Nandu. After several instances of defeat & humiliation, his mother demands that Nandu fight back.

The plot is set in the 1940's in a village of Travancore, British India. Kaliyappan, the last hangman of Travancore dynasty is dragging his remaining life by consuming alcohol and worshipping the Mother Goddess. Siddarth (Prithviraj), a computer Engineer, turns into a cyber hacker & thief, after he is framed & accused of swindling the bank he worked in, IBI Bank, of Rs. 20 lakhs. Seeking revenge against Nandakumara Menon (Biju Menon), who had framed him & who was now the owner of IBI Bank, Siddarth systematically loots the bank of crores of rupees from different customer accounts. Hot on his tail were cop-turned-cyber investigator Alexander Felix (Narein) & ACP Harris Mohammad (Jayasurya).
