Sekar (Vikram) grows up adoring Chinna (Prakash Raj), a gangster who always used to fight against injustice. As an adult, Sekar joins Chinna's gang & aided by Sekar's bravado, Chinna grows to the top, overtaking mobster Periyavar (Raghuvaran). Periyavar, who used to be the bigger of the two, takes this as an insult & a gang war ensues between Chinna's gang & Periyavar's gang.
