Mohan

Mukundan Menon (Gopi), the newly-appointed government veterinary surgeon of the village, lives with his wife Savithri (K.R. Vijaya) & mother (Rajam K. Nair). Mukundan befriends Kuttan Thampuran (Nedumudi), a bachelor womanizer who seemed to constantly get his way with women. Envious at Kuttan's exploits & goaded by Kuttan, Mukundan decides to try his hand at adultery, but chickens out at the last moment. Savithri however, gets wind of it & this causes friction between Savithri & Mukundan.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Hariprasad (Mohanlal) tries to uncover & stop an unknown serial sniper killer who claimed 3 victims so far & seemed to be targeting immoral women & finds his own wife Usha (Renjini) mixed up in the racket.

Balakrishnan (Sreenivasan), a village school teacher, & the new music teacher Nirmala (Samyuktha Varma), the object of his affection, gets involved in a mess when they get stuck in a resort in town & has to help a damsel in distress, Rita, from the goons of Delhi Pappachan (Nedumudi Venu). Rita gets in an accident for which they get blamed & Balakrishnan gets jailed, betrayed by Nirmala. 2 years later, Balakrishnan befriends a kind man, Nandakumar (Mukesh), whose fiancée turns out to be Nirmala.

Four friends & college students - Thomas John (Asokan), Aloysius, Ravi (Idavela Babu) & Swami - lie to their parents about going on a college camping trip & go on a 10 day adventure to Munnar. There they meet a girl, Molu (Nalini), whom they all try to woo, but with whom Ravi makes the most headway, making Thomas & Aloysius angry & jealous. Things take a bad turn when they fight over the girl, resulting in Ravi's death.

Bachelor businessman Unnikrishna Menon (Balachandra Menon), after having made his fortune in Singapore, returns to Kerala & assumes responsibility of his newly widowed sister (Jayalalitha) & kids. Years later, however, disgusted at their lack of gratitude, Menon realizes his folly. During a trip to Ooty, he meets a female guide, Isabella (Sumalatha), & they fall in love. However, their personal baggage keeps them from uniting & having a life together.
