In order to perform one last gig, three members of an old rock band try to unite with another member of their band, who is the only person that has stayed in music business and become successful.

Josef Barta's birth is accompanied by a prophecy: that he will die at the age of 29, and that is his exact age when his wife and son leave him and his world falls apart. While his odd friendship with unbridled Gabriel gives Josef a new lease on life, it is also the source of great problems. It seems that his new found love helps him discover the meaning of life, but a dramatic sequence of events subjects Josef to trials that help him change himself and his fate. (film.com)
