4 youngsters - Shiva (Basil), his girlfriend Kavya (Meghana Raj), Jeevan (Sreejith Vijay) & Anwar (Sanju Sivram) - team up to seek revenge against millionaire businessman Murthy Raj (Krishna Kumar) who had killed Shiva's brother Deva & raped & killed Kavya's sister Shyama. Before, Anwar had obtained a video clip of Deva's murder using which he was blackmailing Murthy, causing Murthy to send Shiva to kill Anwar, without letting Shiva know that he had killed Deva.

A tanker carrying flammable fuel capsizes at a busy intersection & causes a fire which kills 21 people, including some firefighters. But things were about to get worse as the tanker continues to leak flammable gas into the atmosphere posing a danger for the entire community. As a band of firefighters under the leadership of fireman Vijay Kumar (Mammootty) tries to evacuate the area & defuse the danger, Vijay learns that the whole accident was in fact engineered by someone with ulterior motives.
