Manju Mishra

Viren (Anil Kapoor) falls in love with his neighbor Pallavi (Sridevi), but his feelings take a backseat when he learns of another man in Pallavi's life. Pallavi marries her lover, but they both die in an accident soon after, leaving her newborn daughter Pooja in Viren's hands. Viren's governess raises Pooja, who grows up to be a spitting image of Pallavi & falls in love with Viren. Viren battles his desire for Pooja & the social stigma associated with having an affair with a much younger girl.

Madhukar Sharma is a Chartered Accountant based in Bombay, India, where he lives in a flat (apartment) with his wife, Vinti, and a young school-going son.
