Major Mahadevan (Mohanlal) is the head of an elite command force who is in charge of fighting the country's terrorist groups. Havildar Jaikumar (Jeevaa) is Mahadevan's most trusted lieutenant. An Afghan nawab, heading a terrorist group, plans to blow up the famous Hazrathbal shrine. As part of their attack, they enter the house of a Kashmiri family, torture everyone in the house and hold them hostage. How the elite commandos fight terrorists, forms the rest of the story.

Based on the 1999 hijacking incident of Indian Airlines Flight 814, in this 3rd outing by Major Mahadevan (Mohanlal), he, along with a group of NSG commandos including Surya (Ganesh Venkatraman), launches a commando operation to stop a group of Islamic terrorists who hijacked an Air India flight & planned to land it in Kandahar, Afghanistan.

Vijay is the commander of an anti-terrorist squad. He gets engaged to Tejaswini who is pregnant with their child. Vijay's brother Nandu is psychotic and is in a mental asylum. Vijay takes Tejaswini to the asylum so that Nandu can meet her. In his delusions, Nandu decides that she is his evil stepmother. Nandu, who killed his stepmother when he was twelve, decides that he must kill Tejaswini to protect Vijay.

Day-to-day events happening in the life & police station of Sub-Inspector Biju Paulose (Nivin Paul), as he deals with criminals, petty thieves, domestic cases, accidental deaths etc.

Shanthanu Varma (Prithviraj), who was a navy officer pines over a girl, Nadira Imam (Priyal Gor), whom he loved 15 years ago & for whom had to leave the navy. Since Nadira was underage at that time, both of them agree to wait to show their love is true, to Nadira's Nawabi father Jaffar Imam (Kabir Bedi), who was also Shanthanu's Commanding Officer in the navy. Shanthanu then loses touch with Nadira for 2 years, & his search for her leads him to Kavaratti, Lakshadweep.

Suku (S.V. Krishna Shankar), a financially struggling young man, thinks he struck gold when he got the task of managing the affairs of a Qatari sheikh who comes to Kerala, Ahmmadi (Biju Menon). But soon his hopes are shattered when the sheikh turns out to be penniless. They start a scam where they would loan the sheikh for events & inaugurations in return for money. Later Suku learns that Ahmmadi is wanted in Qatar for murder.

Movie star Hareendran (Prithviraj) is well-known for his love for motor cars & his driving skills, & Motor Vehicle Inspector Kuruvila Joseph (Suraj) his die-hard fan. To complete the shoot of his latest film, Hareendran needs to submit his driving license, which he discovers is missing. In order to get a new license urgently, Hareendran goes to Kuruvilla, his biggest fan. But things don't go as per planned & they both end up becoming bitter enemies.

Mechanic Jayakrishnan gets into a big land deal, as a good business investment, but ends up faced with life-changing situations in making the deal happen. (imdb)
