After years of fruitful cooperation, Dutch/Flemish actor-group 'Wunderbaum' is in crisis. Its members feel that with acting they contribute insufficiently to the changes of society desired by them, mainly aimed at the poor among us.

Five old friends go on vacation together to a nice old house, somewhere in southern Europe. Then suddenly a refugee from Ghana appears in the garden. For her feature debut, Margien Rogaar developed the scenario together with the Dutch-Flemish theater collective Wunderbaum, after their performance Welcome in My Backyard. The five young actors also play the main roles. Maybe Sweden betrays that Rogaar has talent, but it remains filmed despite the beautiful outside recordings.
