A neurosurgeon does an operation to a patient who is then gone missing. Investigating the case, he realizes that both the patient and himself are in fact victims of an international frame-up.

Police officer Giorgos Merkos investigates the murder of a middle-aged woman. His suspicions are focused on her husband, Alekos Petratos, who seems to have a strong alibi.
