Director Alfred Rizzo uses sex, murder, vampires and lesbians to keep this murder mystery afloat. Set in Ireland in 1902 but filmed in Italy, Bloodsucker stars Giacomo Rossi Stuart as Count Marnak and Patrizia De Rossi as Evelyn, a member of a visiting theater troupe. When the two begin a steamy affair, it's all fun and games until somebody loses a head. How many killings will have to take place before the murderer is discovered?

Domenico is a tramp, starving hungry and searching for his next meal. But every time he is about to get something to eat, some mishap occurs and he has to start looking once again. (bfi)
