Kunjukuttiyamma (Lakshmi), the grand old lady of the Kannettumkara family, have three daughters, all of whom have plans to snare Kochukrishnan (Mukesh), her only grandson, for their own daughters, and thus lay their hands on her vast assets. Kochukrishnan & his friend Harindran (Siddique) hatch various plans to escape this, but to no avail. In between this, a girl named Gopika (Sowmya) shows up claiming to be Kunjukuttiyamma's grandchild & her son Ambotti's (Nedumudi Venu) illegitimate daughter.

One of the twin sons of a family gets stolen during a train journey, after which the child grows up in another family as the son of a childless couple, as Vetrivel aka Vel (Surya). Meanwhile the other kid grows up to be a private detective, Vasudevan (Surya). Vasudevan's girlfriend Swathi (Asin) runs across Vel & informs Vasudevan about him. After Vel & Vasudevan realize that they are brothers, they decide to switch places, & Vasudevan takes on Vel's arch rival Sakkara Pandi (Kalabhavan Mani).

Telugu film with Chiranjeevi in the lead role. It combines action, drama, musical and comedy, like many other indian action films. There are some very cool scenes like Chiru sliding under a truck while horse riding and a tractor fight!

Krishna (Prasanna) & Ramya (Laila) hated each other as kids, with Ramya biting Krishna's cheek once. As adults, Ramya is chosen by Krishna's friend Arvind (Karthik Kumar) as his would-be bride, much to Krishna's shock. Ramya tries to please Arvind, acting as the coy girl, which actually causes Arvind to leave Ramya. Ramya blames Krishna for this, but a persistent Krishna tries to prove his innocence & also helps Ramya's family in their hour of need. Ramya & Krishna gets drawn to each other.

Rajamani (Nasser) and his twin sons, Vishu and Ramu (both played by Prashanth), live in America. When Vishu falls for the beautiful Madhumita (Aishwarya Rai), his father insists that his boys also marry twins. Madhumita's response is to pose as her imaginary twin, Vaishnavi. The charade works too well when Ramu decides he wants to be with Vaishnavi. Now, Madhumita must reveal the twisted truth before she ends up married to both brothers. (Netflix)

The families of Angaarchand (Amrish Puri) and Lakshmidevi (Lakshmi) have been feuding for years. When Angaarchand's youngest son, Jai (Akshaye Khanna), and Lakshmidevi's granddaughter, Anjali (Kareena Kapoor), enroll at the same college, the game of revenge begins in earnest. Justice T. Vasudev (Babu Nampoothiri) & businessman Kuwait Mani (M.G. Soman), both pals, gets killed back-to-back & in each case, a piece of coconut husk is found shoved in their mouths. DSP Haridas Damodaran (Mammootty) investigates the case & finds that a friend of theirs, Rosario Fernandes (Devan), was killed the same way 2.5 years ago in Bombay. Haridas's suspicion falls on Rosario's mentally ill son, Christie (Suresh Gopi), who had recently absconded from the asylum he was being treated in.

Commissioner of Police C. K. Balachandran's (Prem Nazir) harmonious family life is ruined when his younger brother, medical grad Babu (Mohanlal), makes a pass towards Balachandran's wife Indu (Lakshmi), in a drunken stupor & Balachandran suspects Babu & Indu to be having an affair. Babu leaves home in disgrace & Indu & their 3 kids gets aliened in the house while Balachandran responds to overtures from visiting relative Usha (Anuradha), with encouragement from Usha's mother Mandakini (Sukumari).

Omanakuttan (Shankar), the new bank manager in the village of Kinginikkara, gets into a fix when two salient local ladies, Maheswariyamma (Lakshmi) & Thankamani Kunjamma (Srividya), each believe he was in love with their daughter. Omanakuttan, who really only loved Thankamani's daughter Kavitha (Sabitha Anand), gets scared & runs away to Ooty where he meets a mysterious stranger who saves his life. Hearing Omanakuttan's plight, the stranger agrees to come back with Omanakuttan & clean things up.

Problem teen Pradeep Menon (Harish), whose father had died when he was young & who hated the very sight of his mom, after a string of initial spats with the new girl in school, Daisy Thomas (Sonia), falls in love with her. Just as he found a new meaning in life, tragedy strikes when Daisy is diagnosed with brain tumor. With her time running out, Daisy asks Pradeep for 3 wishes, which he sets out to fulfill.

Inspector General of Police Durgaprasad IPS (Suresh Gopi) investigates the roots of a bomb blast which took place in Chala, Trivandrum & the murder of Home Secretary Paul Joseph (V.K. Sriraman). His efforts pits him against the coterie of ex-minister Beerankutty (Saikumar), businessman Skaria Zacharia (Ashish Vidyarthi) & city police commissioner Vijay Basker (Subair). Durgaprasad also learns of a mole in his team who worked for Skaria & tries to smoke him out.

The highly corrupt panchayat president of the village of Thazhekeezhpadam, Vishwanatha Panicker (Mammootty), gets a change of heart & turns over a new leaf, alienating his relatives, including his right-hand & cousin Somashekara Panicker (Siddique) & some powerful figures.

Middle-aged couple Unnithan (Prem Nazir) & Ammini Kutty (Lakshmi) leads a love-hate relationship, with Unnithan constantly frustrated by Ammini's references to her father's wealth & grandeur, with their grownup daughters Sarala (Jalaja) & Parvathi (Poornima Jayaram) often playing the mediators to establish peace. Unnithan finally snaps after Ammini accuses him of an affair with their neighbor Annie (Sukumari) & of fathering a love child, & storms out of the house.

Gautam (Vineeth Sreenivasan), a businessman & heir to the family pharmaceutical company whose flagship product is a memory aid supplement, but who himself suffers from a bad memory, falls in love with Nithya (Namitha Pramod), a sand artist who has short-term memory loss. Gautam tries to reintroduce himself & rekindle their relationship again & again, to make her remember him for good, & also tries to cope with opposition from his family over this.

Suryam (Nandamuri Balakrishna) is convicted on charges of murder and sentenced to imprisonment for 7 years. Later, he escapes from the prison and abducts Vijaya, younger sister of the Superintendent of Police and hides her in a remote house far from the city. Vijaya's efforts to escape from Suryam prove futile. Suryam actually has no intention of harming Vijaya but only wants to use her as a bait to achieve his goal of getting his hands on Kumar, son of Balagam Dhanraj. (imdb)
