Happy Days is a college story that explores the lives of eight friends through years of their engineering course. What starts off as a journey of individuals, slowly becomes a collective one as they bond. They bond as they go through bullying seniors, tyrant professors, intense examinations, celebrations, Love, Betrayal, Sacrifice and every possible experience that an individual goes through in a college. And finally they realize their potential.

Karthik finishes engineering school and aspires to become a filmmaker. His friend Krishna takes him to director Puri Jagannath and pleads with him to take him as his assistant. Meanwhile, Karthik accidentally meets his landlord's daughter Jessie and falls for her at first sight. Despite being younger than her, Karthik expresses his wish to love her. Her father Joseph will not accept his daughter to marry a Hindu. Jessie is torn between Karthik and her family.

A guy and girl gradually fall in love with each other in this Telugu film. Comic scenes and melodious songs along with romantic theme of the file make it enjoyable while the characters go through ups and downs of life.
