The first of 13 Olsenbanden films presents us with Egon Olsen, head of the gang, and his friends Benny and Kjeld, who want to become the best known gang in Denmark and eventually Europe by stealing a famous Bavarian work of art currently displayed in a Copenhagen museum. A good looking female social welfare worker makes Egon Olsen forget about crimes for some time, but when an American gangster breaks into a local bank and the police think its Egon's work, he has to get back to work to prove he's innocent. (E.C. Hermsdorf)

Once again Egon Olsen has a plan. He has found out that the Germans left a large sum of money in one of their commando bunkers in Jutland, when they were defeated in 1945. Egon, Benny and Kjeld "appropriate" a car and drives to Jutland along with Kjelds family. They look forward to fooling the the people in Jutland, but of course, things don't go quite as planned.

After his usual stay behind bars, Egon has another cunning plan involving millions. They rob over 4 million from a money transport. The gang keeps a low profile and hide the money. But it's stolen by "Kongen" and "Knægten", who immediately start living it up. The gang once again is in trouble.

When Egon Olsen gets out of Vridlose State Prision once again, his friends Benny and Kjeld do not want to know about his new ingenious plan: they are actually WORKING in a shop! Thus, he has to think of something else to get his hands on the money of some international gangster. (E.C. Hermsdorf)

The Olsen Gang has finally made it. They are in Mallorca, having fulfilled their dream. Almost, that is. They don't have any money, so Egon has to open a safe at a restaurant to get some. As usual, however, Egon ends up in prision. When they return to Denmark, he has a new plan. (E.C. Hermsdorf)

The Olsen Gang has a plan of stealing a big load of gold bars, there is just one problem. Its on a train...

Egon and the gang are hired to stage a robbery of an antique Chinese vase for an economically challenged baron. Naturally they fooled, which infuriates Egon. The gang tries to get back at the baron by switching the vase with a cheap Hong Kong copy. One attempt is made during the barons hunting party, where Egon ends up being bricked up in the catacombs. In another attempt, the gang has to coordinate breaking through several walls at The Royal Theater in Copenhagen with the "Elverhøj" overture.

Egon is starting to be a little forgetful; he forgot the zone number, so he fails to open the strongbox. When he gets out of Vridslose State Prison, Kjeld and Benny have become associates of Yvonne's cousin Georg from America. He is not just some old-fashioned strongbox thief that can't remember like Egon, but a young hip IT criminal, that thinks that everyone else is inferior.

For once Egon is released from prison without a plan. Luckily Benny has a plan which Egon messes up in order to get thrown back in jail. This lets him get the information he needs for his next brilliant plan. The gang steal the plans for Daisy-Land, a plot to turn Denmark into a recreational area for the rest of Europe.

After his anual stay at Vridlose State Prison, Egon Olsen is back with a new plan. This includes braking into EU headquarters in Bruxelles, Belgium and even kidnapping a tank! (E.C. Hermsdorf)

As usual, Egon has an ingenious plan. And, as usual, it works just fine until one of the gang members makes some kind of funny error. This time, however, even Egon's life is in danger, for some international criminals try to get rid of him by throwing him into a container filled with acid. (E.C. Hermsdorf)

This is the last of the two-part finale of the Olsen Banden series (apart from the 1998 revival). Egon comes up with one brilliant plan after another to get the red suitcase in an attempt to assure world peace (and get the millions). This takes Egon and the gang to Paris, where they raise havoc at Maxim's by replacing the Sauce Imperial with traditional Danish gravy. They return to Denmark just in time for Keld and Yvonne's silver wedding anniversary. (Bo Brandt)

Story tells how everybody at Nokken, an authentic Copenhagen Rural district next to the sea and the city dump, help to create a happy home for the children.

The Iversen family is on the verge of bankruptcy. When all the family members are fired from their jobs, one after another, when most of the furniture is confiscated , the telephone blocked, the electricity cut off, and when the bailiff wants to sell the house by auction, something has to be done. To solve their economic problems, Charles Iversen, the father of the family, decides to become a conman. To set off his new venture he needs 1500 kroner as a start-up, and goes to a loan shark called L

Now the family has come to the top steps of the socially equitable, but unexpected demands from the tax administration mean that a forced sale is at the door. That is why they start with the largest number so far: to defraud Fidusbanken.

Mr. Gyldenkål has an aversion to work and thus cons foreign tourists. He applies for social welfare but unfortunately gets a job. He decides to run at the municipal election with the motto: The less you know about politics the better.

A bizarre satiric tale about an ordinary Danish man disappointed in life and the welfare system. Close to a total collapse, he decides to take the easy way out. He seeks help at Doctor X, head of a suicide school that guarantees 100% efficiency. (imdb)
