Jack is the most celebrated birdhouse builder in the town. He's friendly and attractive and seems to have everything going for him. But he was disfigured at birth, making him incapable of forming close relationships with women. he learns of a procedure that can reverse his condition and with the help of his womanizing best friend Alan and an eccentric doctor named Skinner, Jack tries to win the heart of the girl next door and obtain the life he's always wanted. Things don't quite go as planned.

Joey finally convinces his dream girl, Dailey, to come over to his house for a lovely dinner date. Once his roommates (and assorted other misfits) start to show up, things definitely don't go according to plan.
