Keita Tokaji

Jubei, the juvenile delinquent, is caught for his crimes and sent to the Pterodactyl Juvenile Reformatory until his trial date. Jubei shares a cell with the 16-year-old killer Shinosuke Suzuki, and also comes gets into conflicts with warden Ishihara. Ishihara organises the prison baseball Juvie League and wants Jubei to be on the prison's team, known as the Pterodactyl Gauntlets. The first team the Gauntlets take on is St. Black Dahlia High School team, composed of young female psycho-butchers.

Two police officers, both caught breaking the rules, are blackmailed into forming a partnership by a shadowy internal affairs unit to solve a case where only a maverick may go possibly undetected
