Stephen Chow stars in this madcap yarn about petty hood Vincent Han who is hired by the gangster to steal the will of his dead boss. At the same time, another mobster named Wei has contracted out Rubbish Feng to pose as the dead crime boss' sister Fei-fei so she can swipe the will.
