It's been a year since 14 years old Kalle Blomkvist helped catching thiefs. His friends Eva-Lotta and Anders laugh at him as he is still playing the master detective. But then there's a murder in Kleinköping. Eva-Lotta finds the dead body and sees the presumptive murderer. When she receives a bar of chocolate filled with arsenic Blomkvist has to investigate.
