The purchase of an antique typewriter irrevocably changes the life of novelist Kenneth Richardson (Tony Rugnetta). Unbeknownst to him, the old-fashioned machine he decides to use to write his novel once belonged to a Satan worshipper and infamous murderer named Jeffrey Blackwood. When Blackwood's demonic spirit takes possession of Ken's body, the writer finds that his work takes on an entirely different kind of inspiration.

While digging around for buried treasure, two good-for-nothings strike not gold but terror when they unwittingly introduce a foul chemical into the school district's water system. Instead of making students and staffers sick, however, the beverage transforms them into the cannibalistic undead. Now, the fate of the student body rests on the shoulders of the school's nerds.
