When a terrorist blast rocks the Viliyam beach on February 14, the cops arrest Anwar (Bala), a Software Engineer, as the prime suspect. Responding to allegations of Anwar being framed & wrongly accused by the local police, as per court instructions, Chief Minister Madhavan (Thilakan) hands over the case to the Crime Branch DIG Hrishikesh (Suresh Gopi).
