Parents are fighting and their little girl runs away. The worrying brings them closer together and when she returns all is well with their relationship again.

Mildred Harris plays the classic poor working girl. Linnie (Harris) works behind the perfume counter in a department store and goes home to a miserable family life -- her mother (Ann Schaefer) neglects her, her father is an invalid, and her brother is an anarchist. One day, Preston Winfield (Kenneth Harlan), the son of the store's owner, sees how miserable she is and offers to show her a week's worth of good times.

The foreman of a ranch owned by a pretty young girl captures a herd of wild horses, but the herd's lead horse manages to break them free. The foreman blames a drifting cowboy, Yak, for the break-out. Yak, however, seems intent on provoking a confrontation with the foreman at every opportunity--and, as it turns out, for good reason. (imdb)
