Biography: Heather O' Rourke (born December 27, 1975) was a young girl who is remembered for playing Carol Anne Freeling in the Poltergeist trilogy. She also stared in a recurring in Happy Days from 1982-1983. Heather died in February of 1988 of cardiac arrest and septic shock caused by intestinal stenosis when she was 12.
