Shyam, with the help of three fellow thieves, manages to steal a hugely valuable diamond. Chased by the police, Shyam conceals the diamond at a construction site. He is then caught and sentenced to prison. After two years he gets released, but finds out the construction site is now a police headquarters. With the help of his friend, Shyam turns into a fake policeman to try and retrieve the diamond, only to notice that he becomes the favorite of the police chief and his daughter.
