Antonio, not withstanding the romance between his daughter Patricia and Arthur, his servant, kills him ambushed. In a fit of somnambulism Patricia discovers the tomb of lover and bury the head in a vase. Ten years later, in an asylum, Antonio rent his old home to Celia and Fabio, newlyweds.
