Story takes place in war and we follow story of three Croatian soldiers (Josko, Vojo and Baric) who came home and they killed one Serbian civilian and kidnapped his daughter. All of this happened from their frustration because Serbian soldier killed one Croatian in war. That killed man was father of Josko and Kreso, who is unfamiliar with this kidnapping story because he was in hospital, due to his injury in war. (imdb)

Croatian policeman Stipan is sent to his old home island to investigate rumours of Josip Broz Tito's ghost appearing at a funeral. Capitalist mayor and local tycoon Luka wants to turn the island into a Communist-themed tourist destination, despite his hatred of communism. But the retired local communists don't believe in ghosts; they believe that it is Tito himself, who has returned from hiding to lead them to the restoration of the Yugoslavian state.

A razor sharp comedy all about relationships and red tape. Kreso is at a loose end. A fully qualified biologist, he's about to hit middle age, disillusioned, out of work and stuck in a marriage that should probably never have started. At least his son still looks up to him. Meanwhile, the country's cash-strapped government is busily looking for unique ways to save money, and now, over 20 years after the 1990's war, sets its sights on the widows of fallen soldiers.
