In the streets of San Francisco, three young men are drawn into corruption as they struggle to survive: Nick, a young white man who uses his mail room job as an avenue to credit card fraud; K-Luv, a serious-minded black youth who becomes involved with gangs; and Lincoln, a rising star in the Chinese mafia.
