WARSAW is a film with many storylines, all of which play out during a single day in winter. The main characters are linked through the city in which they find themselves. They also share the fact that they all come from the provinces. Each of them has different plans and objectives upon arriving in the capital.

The story begins innocently - Waldemar twenties - decided to go on vacation to do some sightseeing, and look for seasonal work. Asks for advice to his neighbor, Mr. Kuki, in the past, tourist commercial, which the countries of the West knows more than many a guide - and his insistence decides to travel to Vienna.

A family of Polish immigrants lives in Sweden. One innocent lie triggers suspicions and leads to their daughter being placed with a foster family by social services. The parents undertake a dramatic fight to get their child back. (imdb)

A universal story about entering adulthood in difficult times, growing up to the community. The great history is the background for the love story unfolding in the foreground: Józek, a deserter from the tsarists army who joins the emerging Legions, an intelligence agent for the I Brigade and Women's Leage member - Ola, and Tadek, her fiancee, a member of Shooting Team. Apart from fictitious characters many historical figures - like Josef Piłsudski, appear in the film.
