Chung-Tin Shut

After being rescued from the hangman's noose for a crime unbefitting the punishment, Chi Hsiang (Anthony Chan Keung) returns to his village home after a three year absence. There he discovers local bully turned tyrant, Tien Pioa in league with the Japanese and bleeding the poor farmers for all they possess. AKA Super Dragon's Dynamo Tycoon, Tang Shih Hai, rules most of the businesses in Hong Kong. Many of his officials have been assassinated. Since Tang's only son, Champ, is lazy, Tang appoints Cheng as his general manager, not knowing that he's a member of the feared ICG (International Criminal Group).
